DIRTY DARK PLACE is proud to announce the Quonset Hut Microcinema—a free, outdoor film series held on the grounds of the Carpenter Hotel in Austin, Texas. The screenings will showcase diverse video works including those by outsider, experimental, overlooked, and lesser-known filmmakers. From Bill Brown and Sabine Gruffat to Bill Daniel and Deborah Stratman, we’re thrilled to share the works of these and many other motion picture artists with the Austin community and honored to become part of the city’s rich, independent film tradition.

All screenings will begin after sunset.
Food and beverages are available for purchase.
